Kalakand

Ingredients
  • Butter 1 stick
  • Condensed milk 14 oz
  • Ricotta cheese 15oz
  • Nuts for garnishing

Preparation
  • Heat butter in microwave.
  • Add condenced milk and cheese to the butter and mix it well.
  • Cook it in microwave for 15-17 minutes.
  • Pour this mixture on tray and let it cool for some time.
  • Cut it into pieces and decorate with almonds or cashew nuts.
