I have never cooked before marriage. I used to be with my mom in the kitchen doing all other things except cooking. My mom used to make lot and lots of variety recipes. But, I just watched her making them, but never felt like I should try or learn from her.
When I got married, I felt like I was left alone in the road to cook. But my husband loves eating tasty food. So I had to start my cooking.
I feel a recipe is only a theme, which an intelligent cook can play each time with a variation.

So I took the trouble of cooking with lot of variation and it was his trouble in eating it.:-) Apparently it became my passion too..
